My name is Gill. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in 2013. My symptoms started over 20 years ago after a car accident and it has been quite a journey! I have been so inspired by a number of blogs where people are using nutrition and lifestyle to manage their symptoms. I have been doing that for a number of years and it has had a profoundly positive impact. I hope sharing my own experiences will help others to do the same and find their own path.

I have had a keen interest in nutrition throughout my life and have undertaken a Level 5 Professional Diploma in Nutritional Therapy. I love cooking, learning about nutritional science and culinary medicine, creating new recipes and keeping processed foods out of my life!
