I have found that the food I eat has a huge impact on my symptoms. The pain and tiredness caused by my fibromyalgia are more manageable when I eat well.  I hope to help inspire others to start that journey. I believe that we can heal our bodies with the right nutrition and I am living proof of that.  I don’t believe in diets, just in finding a lifestyle that suits the individual. For me eating foods that minimise inflammation and creating my own recipes has been key in this process. Anti-inflammatory foods include fresh vegetables, good quality lean protein, healthy fats such as olive and coconut oil and nuts and seeds. I will show you how I incorporate these into my daily life and hopefully give you inspiration to find what eating style works for you.
